The Paragould PRIDE Band

• Congratulations to the following Paragould band members who made the 2008 Region VIII All-Region Jazz Bands:

1st Band:

2nd Band:

Aaron Morgan, Alto Sax - 2nd Alternate 

• Auditions for the Symphonic Winds will be December 1-4.  Try-out materials and requirements are posted in the bandroom. Start practicing your material now!  Students are encouraged to check out an audio recorder to record their try-out on tape.

• Private Lessons for All-Region are being given on a daily basis. Please see Mr. Williams or Mrs. Chitmon for more information.

Our mission for the Paragould PRIDE Band is to:
1. Enjoy a sense of self worth and personal satisfaction that can only occur by being an integral member of one of Arkansas' finest high school bands.
2. Be the musical ambassadors for the city of Paragould and Northeast Arkansas.
3. Display PRIDE, enthusiasm, and good will to all persons coming in contact with the Paragould PRIDE Band.
4. Provide the finest experience for the band students of Paragould.
5. Support our school, our music department and our athletic teams with class.
